On Sept. 3, the Armenian Armed Forces opened fire at Azerbaijani troops located in Agbulag village of Tovuz region from areas in Chinarli village of Armenia's Berd region at 23.10-23.20 , according to the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry. Armenian army was silenced with a retail fire, no casualties were reported.
