A Portuguese delegation led by Foreign Minister Luis Amado toured the Icharishahar, Inner City, historic core of Azerbaijan's capital on July 15.
They were informed about the ongoing reconstruction work here.
The Portuguese delegation visited the 15th-century Palace of Shirvanshahs and the 12th–century Maiden Tower, which are considered the country's landmark monuments.
They also visited Karvansaray, where Amado signed a guest book.
