Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev congratulated Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany Angela Merkel with confident victory of her party in Germany's parliamentary elections.
Azerbaijani President also expressed confidence that friendly relations between Azerbaijan and Germany, mutually beneficial cooperation in many spheres will also develop and expand in future.
