Azerbaijan Liberal Democratic Party re-negotiates to launch a bloc Independent Azerbaijan, ALDP chairman Fuad Aliyev said.
The bloc is scheduled to be set up of four liberal-oriented parties, he said.
“The talks are underway. Positions of parties do not coincide on some issues,” he added.
“ALDP favors a bloc as opposition’s unification leads to success in elections.”
The negotiations will be completed before election campaign is officially launched, he said.
Azerbaijan will hold municipal election in mid-December.
