Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has sent a message of congratulations to the president of Moldova Vladimir Voronin whereby the Head of Azerbaijani State extended his best wishes to the President of Moldova and his people on country`s national holiday – the Independence Day.
President Aliyev expressed confidence for further mutual and friendly relations to serve national interests of both countries.
