"The EU initiative on Eastern Partnership program creates definite conditions for the six countries of the former USSR, said chairman of the Democratic Reforms Party Asim Mollazade.
"These conditions are created for good and intensive relationship with the European Union, for deeper programs related to the fact that this neighborhood single these six countries out of the general program of the European Neighborhood". he said.

But there is a program called "European Union - Russia", and given the size of Russia and its importance, the EU conducts its relations with the country on individual programs, and noone is jealous about it either in Azerbaijan or Georgia", said A. Mollazade.
"So I think that this program is not directed against anybody. This program, in its essence, is a positive approach, it is not against something it is for the sake. It implies about cooperation in the direction of the basic European values, it implies democracy, human rights, market economy", emphasized MP.
According to him, "we appreciate this program and Azerbaijan is eady to cooperate in all these directions, as well as separate trends, related to education, as all these states are members of the European education system and we consider that there are mutual interests and mutual profits".
