New Russian ambassador to Azerbaijan will arrive in Baku tomorrow, said the press service for the Russian embassy to Azerbaijan.

Notably, Vladimir Dorokhin is appointed the new Russian ambassador to Azerbaijan, thus replacing Vladimir Istratov on this post.
