President of Azerbaijan extends condolences to President of Federative Republic of Germany Horst Kohler, according to AzerTac.
The letter says:
"Dear Mr. Federal President,
I was deeply shaken and grieved upon hearing the terrible news on incident in the city of Winnenden.
To this end, I express my heartfelt condolence to You, as well as families and natives of the killed, and the entire people of Germany."
