Azerbaijani Defense Minister Safar Abiyev received Friday the Qatar ambassador to Azerbaijan Sheikh Mubarak Bin Fahd Zhasim Al-Tani, according to the press service for the Defense Ministry of the country.
The Minister congratulated the Qatar diplomat on being appointed the ambassador and wished success in work.
The sides discussed the development of bilateral Azerbaijan-Qatar relations.
