The Communist Party of Azerbaijan is planning to observe the referendum due to introduction of amendments to the Constitution, said chairman of the Communist Party of Azerbaijan Rauf Gurbanov.
He said the party is planning to observe the referendum.
"The next session of the party will be held on March 7. During it the list of observers will be confirmed. After it we will send it to the Central Election Commission.
Currently, the observers have already been defined for 70 okrugs, yet the party is planning to hold observation on all okrugs", noted he.
Notably, the referendum on amendments to the Constitution is planned to be held on March 18.
