"There are no differences in the statement of the Foreign Ministers of the OSCE states and the statement of the Foreign Ministers of the OSCE MG co-chairs. Both documents are of the same nature.
The Helsinki meeting of the Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan gives hope that in the near future the sides will be able to continue talks on the highest level with participation of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs", said OSCE secretary general Mark Perrin de Brischambo during a press conference in Yerevan.
He said the parties must display flexibility in the definition of terms of the final resolution of the Karabakh conflict.
We understand that this requires the atmosphere of mutual trust and mutual understanding. This conflict is complex enough, but there is a political will, which we saw during the meeting in Helsinki. All 56 OSCE states must promote the negotiation process on the resolution of the Karabakh conflict", said Mark Perrin de Brischambo.
