A regular session of the Musavat party was held on Monday, reports Day.Az with reference to the press service for the party.
As is reported, the session participants considered the sociopolitical situation in the region.
The session participants also considered the recent losses of the Azerbaijani army, connected with the death of soldiers. The party is concerned over this issue and calls on the government to stop such a practice.
The Musavat party held discussions regarding the state budget for 2009 and a special statement has been adopted in this connection. The party considers that in connection with the strengthening of the world economic crisis specialists must be involved to the discussions of the state budget.
The Musavat party considers that the absence of a definite concept might lead to negative implications for the Azerbaijani economy.
