Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman sent a message of congratulation to President Ilham Aliyev on his re-election as Azerbaijan`s President for a second consecutive term.
The Oman Sultan wished Ilham Aliyev robust health and happiness, the people of Azerbaijan welfare and prosperity.
