Presidents of Latvia and Azerbaijan Valdis Zatlers and Ilham Aliyev held a telephone conversation, reports Day.Az with reference to AzerTac.
Latvian President congratulated Ilham Aliyev on being re-elected as the President of Azerbaijan and wished new successes in his activity.
The head of the state thanked Valdis Zatlers for congratulation and attention.
