Armenian Foreign Ministry has rebutted information of Azerbaijani mass media that "Turkey's proposal regarding the resolution of the Karabakh conflict is on the negotiation table".

"Talks continue on the basis of Madrid proposals in the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group", said chief of department of the Armenian Foreign ministry on contacts with press Tigran Balayan.

Earlier, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mamedyarov announced that Turkey made an interesting and constructive proposal regarding the peaceful resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.

According to Mamedyarov, "Turkey's proposal is already on the negotiation table". "During a trilateral meeting, we declared that the Turkish initiative is very interesting and positive and we will work at it, that is we will try to bring stability and peace to the region. Certainly, we must continue the discussions", announced he.
