President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev arrived in the Russian capital, Moscow, for a working visit on Monday, according to AzerTac.
At the Vnukovo Airport, the Azerbaijani leader was welcomed by senior Russian state and government officials.

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev left for Moscow on September 15, according to the press service for the President.
The visit is held by initiative of Russian President Dmitri Medvedev.
