EU-US annual summit took place in Brdo-kod-Kranja near Ljubljana, Slovenia on Tuesday.
APA reports with reference to the official website of the European Union that the joint Declaration was made by results of the summit.
EU and US will continue cooperation to support democracy, human rights and freedom of speech in Azerbaijan, as well as to work with the parties to achieve peaceful solutions to the conflicts in the South Caucasus.
The importance of Caspian energy sources, Turkey-Greece-Italy pipeline and NABUCCO project was underlined in the document.
