Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross have not yet been allowed to see four Armenian citizens, detained in the Nakhchivan direction of the front line.
According to the Yerevan delegation of the Red Cross, the committee was informed about detainment of four Armenian citizens in Nakhchivan on the night of April 29 from their families.
"After getting this information, in line with usual practice, the Red Cross made efforts to see these persons to assess their detention conditions and ensure possible exchange of family news with relations.
Unfortunately, they have not yet been allowed to see these persons, but attempts to organize such visits continue", said the Yerevan delegation of the Red Cross.
