Commander of Turkish gendarmerie, general Ibrahim Achiqmeshe is to arrive in Azerbaijan today.
The due information was provided by the press service for the interior troops of Azerbaijan, according to Novosti-Azerbaijan.
On May 20 and 21 the general will hold meetings with the leadership and representatives of the State Frontier Service of Azerbaijan.
On 22 he is expected to meet with the command of Azerbaijan's internal troops and visit a number of military units of the armed forces.
In the framework of the visit the commander will hold meetings in the Ministries of Defense and Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan.
