Muasir Musavat party, functioning in Azerbaijan, decided to take part in the coming presidential elections.
Party chairman Hafiz Hajiyev told Day.Az that in this connection the party will start meetings with voters.
In particular, the party has already got a permission for holding a meeting in Lenkoran, Azerbaijan.
"The executive powers of the said region has sanctioned our meeting with the population. After it, we plan to hold meetings in northern regions of the country. They are expected to continue till May.
The Muasir Musavay party arranges the said meetings not only in connection with presidential elections, but also to prove that basic human rights are observed in Azerbaijan", noted he.
