The Muasir Musavat party has held an action in front of the French Embassy to Azerbaijan.
The said action was held as a protest against position of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairing countries, which they expressed while voting in the UN General Assembly on the resolution on situation in the occupied lands of Azerbaijan.
Party chairman Hafiz Hajiyev told Day.Az that the action involved about 50 people.
"We consider that our action has taken place though one of the party activists was detained. The thing is that the party activists were able to read the resolution and Azerbaijan expressed its position on the said issue", Hajiyev said.
The party chairman also added that the actions will be held in front of the Russian and US embassies.
"After it we plan to hold a demonstration with participation of about 10,000 people, It is necessary to protest against the position of the OSCE co-chairs", Hajiyev noted.
