Representatives of the Open Society Party, functioning in Azerbaijan visited journalists who are on hunger strike, Yagub Abbasov, deputy chairman of the party, told Day.Az.
He said the party considers it necessary to release the journalists and political prisoners.
"We support the ides of hunger strike, however, we do not want it to continue, as, thus, people damage their health. It is necessary to consider this issue and make everything possible for its soonest resolution. I hope that the problem will be settled in the near future", Abbasov said.
