"The settlement of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is controlled by the OSCE chairman-in-office, Finland's Foreign Minister Ilkka Kanerva. He said it is important that the conflict is settled only peacefully.
"The negotiation process requires assistance of all parties and creation of conditions for the conflict resolution. The OSCE Minsk Group is the only structure, which is engaged in the conflict resolution. Therefore it needs full assistance and support", Kanerva noted.
