The Baku Appellate Court has taken the appeal of Azerbaijan's former minister of economic development Farhad Aliyev for consideration.
The due information was made by a source from the Appellate Court.
The date of the preliminary court hearing on the ex-minister's appeal is now known.
It should be reminded that former minister Farhad Aliyev has been sentenced to 10 years with confiscation of property and deprivation of right to occupy leading positions 5 years after the release. His brother Rafiq Aliyev was sentenced to 9 years with the same provisions of the verdict.
