About 200 students of various high schools of Yerevan have gone on a strike today.
The participants of the rally, which started from the Central corps of the Yerevan State University to the Northern Avenue, chanted "Join the strike". The rally was broken up by the police.
Though appeals to join the strike stopped, the students headed towards the Square of Freedom. It should be noted that the lecture-halls are checked each hour in the Yerevan State University and students are urged not to leave the university.
