Elections of Presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia reveal most violations of the national legislation of Azerbaijan and international law, regarding Nagorno Garabagh.

According to Day.Az, the due announcement was made by Khazar Ibragim, spokesman for Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry during a traditional briefing.

He said the violation of law is mainly connected with the non-participation of citizens of Azerbaijan, residing in the lands occupied by Armenia, in the presidential elections in Azerbaijan.

"The Central Electoral Commission of Azerbaijan has appealed to international organizations more than ones, however, the issue has not yet been settled", he said.

Another violation is the election of people from Nagorno Garabagh for the official positions in Armenia and participation of Garabagh residents in the elections in Armenia.

"Electoral points in connection with Armenia's presidential elections are arranged in Nagorno Garabagh. We are not able to control it", he said.
