The Yeni Azerbaijan party initiated a public poll among the population.
MP Mubariz Gurbanly, deputy executive secretary of the ruling party told Day.Az that the poll aims to study the electorate and reveal main problems facing the population of the country.
"It is not the first poll which our party has ever conducted. We have already used this political technology. Practice shows that it is more effective in the work with voters. The analysis is mainly discussed in the party and sometimes is made public. The poll is held frequently. This may be either questioning of a telephone connection with voters", Gurbanly said.
Asked of the regions the poll has been initiated in, the deputy executive secretary of the party answered that the poll is carried out in line with the party requirements.
"The Yeni Azerbaijan party has representations in all regions. If we are interested in any region, we connect to it, give due instructions and reveal the problems of the population on this basis", the parliamentarian added.
