Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross visited the Azerbaijani soldier Samir Mamedov, captured by Armenians, on November 27.
The information has been provided by the press service of ICRC representation in Azerbaijan.
The monitoring of housing conditions, psychological and physical state of the soldier was held during the visit.
It should be noted that Samir's parents appealed to Ombudsman Elmira Suleymanova and the State Committee for lost and captured citizens of Azerbaijan with a request to help release their son.
S.Mamedov was captured by the Armed forces of Armenia near the Qazakh region on December 24, 2006.
