Lyu Kwang Chul, Korean ambassador to Azerbaijan, told APA that the two countries are not negotiating on conversion to simplified visa.

"I am going to raise this issue as it is very important point," he noted.

He added that South Korean embassy in Baku started issuing visa in February, 2007, APA reports.
