President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan has sent a letter of condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin on a methane blast killing and injuring dozens of people in Siberia's Kemerovo region.
"I was deeply grieved by the news of human loss as result of a blast at the Yubileynaya mine. I extend my sincere sympathies and condolences to You, families and relatives of the miners," President Aliyev said in the message. AzerTAg
