Foreign ministry press center told APA Adil Adalya extended greetings of Jordanian Foreign Minister and stressed the high level of Azerbaijan-Jordan relations.

Mammadyarov reminded the visit of King of Jordan Abdullah II to Azerbaijan and signed intergovernmental agreements which are to develop relations between two countries.

Foreign Minister speaking on his visit to Jordan in April emphasized the importance of consultations within the Memorandum of Understanding signed by the Foreign Ministries of two countries.

Later Adayala presented his credentials to Elmar Mammadyarov and promised to make efforts for the development of relations in all spheres.

Minister highly appreciated the opening of Jordanian Embassy to Azerbaijan saying he is sure that Adil Adalya will present his country at the level of Ambassador soon.
