He said the alliance demands forming election commissions on parity taking into account the proposals of international organizations and included it into the project he has prepared.

Alibayli said he sent the project to the Venice Commission and the Commission has already received it.

"We also sent our proposals to OSCE and Council of Europe. And we regard these organizations will consider the project carefully," he told the APA.
