No amendments are expected to be made to the draft law on amnesty, first vice-speaker Ziyafat Asgarov said.
Highly appreciating the draft, the vice-speaker also commented on the reports about concerning it to political prisoners. He said as there is problem with regard to the notion of political prisoner in the country, amnesty does not concern political prisoners, APA reports.
