"Armenians wanted to wave the flag of the so-called republic, and Azerbaijani students protested to it. Armenians, not Azerbaijanis used arms. The State Committee will appeal to Russian law-enforcement bodies if necessary and states that our students are not guilty," Shakir Selimov, committee department chief told the APA.
