Azerbaijani parliament passed a decision on changing the composition of the parliamentary delegation to the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly (PACE).
Head of the delegation Samad Seyidov told the APA that non-party Elmira Akhundova has been substituted by Iltizam Akbarli from Musavat Party. Seyidov welcomed opposition representative's becoming the member of the delegation and said he sees no problem concerning dismissal Elmira Akhundova from the delegation.
