Organization for Democracy and Economic Development-GUAM (Georgia, Ukraine Azerbaijan, Moldova) doesn't exist de jure, as only Azerbaijan and Georgia ratified the necessary documents, GUAM Secretary General, Georgian deputy of Foreign Minister Valeri Chechelasvili said in an interview to "Novosti-Gruzia" Agency.

"Other two countries - Moldova and Ukraine will ratify the documents in the next two months, then international secretariat of the organization will operate in Kiev. New members can enter the organization after that," Checelashvili said.

He also noted a number of international organizations as well as Japan, Kazakhstan, Eastern European countries and China are interested in the organization. APA
