Like all representatives of the world community, I also wish a peaceful solution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, head of OSCE Office in Baku Jose Luis Herrero Ansola said at a press conference.
Office head said a peaceful solution of the conflict will lead to many positive changes. "The Nagorno Karabakh issue is not in the mandate of the OSCE Office in Baku," he said, APA reports.
