"I am pleased with my visit in Baku. We are satisfied with the measures taken in the past two years within the framework of the Individual Partnership Action Plan (IPAP). I am sure the partnership between Azerbaijan and NATO has a great potential," NATO Secretary General's Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia, Robert Simmons stated.
Mr.Simmons called Azerbaijan a reliable partner of the NATO, APA reports. "Azerbaijan is our reliable partner. The cooperation between Azerbaijan is successfully developing," he underlined.
