Parliamentarians from the opposition Musavat Party will submit a draft law "On Amendments to Electoral Code" to the Parliament.
Musavat Party Central Board chief Arif Hajili told the APA the draft offers forming election commissions on parity by the authorities and opposition. Hajili said that the draft clarifies the principles of forming commissions and boundaries of the authorities and opposition and notes that international organizations also support these principles.
