Human Rights Commissioner of the Council of Europe Thomas Hammerberg is to visit Azerbaijan on the first half of April.
Though the Commissioner's visit was expected to take place in late March, it was postponed because of Commissioner's working schedule, Thomas Hammerberg's office told APA. The exact date of the visit will be announced within the next few days. Thomas Hammerberg's visit to Baku was to take place from March 26 to 31.
