Chairman of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, Sergey Mironov will visit Azerbaijan on March 27-28.
Mironov is expected to visit Martyrs' Alley and Honor Alley. He will meet with Parliament's Speaker Ogtay Asadov and President Ilham Aliyev, Russian Embassy told the APA. Russian Embassy is preparing for the visit of the Federation Council chairman.
