Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has received Mehmet Ali Talat, Head of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
The parties stressed that Forum I of Turkish and Azerbaijani Diaspora organizations is of great importance in strengthening friendship relations between Turkish states, APA reports.
