"Necessary measures are being taken for construction of Baku-Tbilisi-Akhalkalaki-Kars railway project," Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Huseyni Avni Garsioglu told.
The Ambassador said that lands should be legalized for implementation of the project, APA reports. "Necessary negotiations are being held to reach to agreement with land owners," he said. Commenting on the Forum of Azerbaijani and Turkish Diaspora organizations, the ambassador said that the participants will touch on all the issues serving to the interests of Azerbaijan and Turkey. The ambassador also mentioned that the forum will cover discussions on strengthening security of Azerbaijan.
