We have appealed to the Defense Minister with regard to the reports on capture and hurt of soldiers, Ombudsperson Elmira Suleymanova told journalists.
She said they want the ministry to pay more attention to military units. On the hand of course, the captured are our citizens. We have appealed not only to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) office in Azerbaijan but also its main office, the ombudsperson said, APA reports.
