Azerbaijani and Armenian Foreign Ministers Elmar Mammadyarov and Vardan Oskanyan will meet in early March, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister told journalists.
Minister said the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group offered the ministers' meeting, and the date is being specified now, APA reports.
