The chief of the Committee against Tortures Elchin behbudov met with the former ministers held in the detention ward of National Security Ministry Farhad Aliyev and Ali Insanov.
He said that he met with the ministers because of the appeals of social organizations. The ministers are not dissatisfied with the conditions and jailers' attitude. "Farhad Aliyev is only dissatisfied with the delay of investigation. He said that the investigator delays the case. The former minister wants his personal doctor from Germany to examine him," he said. Ali Insanov wants to be examined in Central Medical Institution of Justice Ministry, APA reports.
