"Armenian military leadership can not say that Azerbaijani Armed Forces leave Armenian Army behind in fighting readiness, buying technique, moral and psychological readiness and fulfilling battle tasks," Azerbaijani President's adviser for military and security affairs Vahid Aliyev said, taking a stance on Armenian Defense Minister Serge Sarkisian's statement that Armenian Armed Forces leave Azerbaijani Armed Forces behind.

"Armenia sees that the fighting readiness of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces increases day-by-day, our army is armed with modern techniques and weapons. Moral-psychological readiness of Azerbaijani Armed Forces is very high. We are ready to liberate our lands if Supreme Commander-in-Chief orders," he said.

He also took a stance on the possibility of reviewing the tenancy agreement of Daryal radar station.

"We have a contract with Russia until 2012. Azerbaijan is always loyal to the contracts. I can not say if this issue will be included on the agenda of the parliament. This is the parliamentarians' business," he said. APA
