Belarus President Aleksander Lukashenko intends to establish Baltic-Black Sea states' Union.
The president disseminated an idea of uniting three post soviet countries-Azerbaijan, Ukraine and Belarus. The main issue to be discussed during the visit of Ukraine President Viktor Yuschenko's to Belarus in February will concern to the union. Ukraine mass media noted that Belarus will invite Azerbaijan and Ukraine to the new union. APA
