OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Foreign Minister of Spain Miguel Angel Moratinos is expected to visit Azerbaijan late February, OSCE Spokesperson Martin Nesirky told.
He said that the date and schedule of the visit is being specified at the moment, APA reports. Generally, OSCE Chairman-in-Office is expected to visit Post Soviet countries regularly.
