President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a message to South Korean Foreign Minister Ban Ki-moon, the next UN secretary-general, congratulating him on his election.
"We attach great importance to cooperation with the United Nations. From this point of view, we seek all-round development of relations with all structures of the Organization," the Azerbaijani leader wrote in the letter. AzerTAg
